Howard Ruston

Director of Business Development

During the course of his career Howard has gained over 30 years of experience over a variety of disciplines covering design & development, product management and after sales field service engineering, many of which have been within the UK heating industry. With an MBA in operations management he has developed and managed large national field engineering teams for major appliance manufacturers delivering both high levels of customer service whilst providing invaluable qualitative and quantitative product feedback for product improvement and development.

At Enertek, Howard is responsible for operational performance, general operations management and the company’s continuous Improvement processes.
