Manufacturing Support

In addition to research and development activities Enertek offer manufacturing support to clients in our industry.

Location of External Manufacture

• If a client has difficulty manufacturing a component or appliance. Enertek can offer guidance and help in either redesigning the component to suit internal manufacture or using our knowledge of the industry to find a suitable external manufacturer.
• Enertek have good relationships with a number of external component and assembly subcontractors.

Assistance with Quality Systems

• Enertek are able to offer advice and support to clients regarding quality systems
  • ISO 9000 series.
  • Product surveillance (For EC Certification where ISO 9000 is not practical).

Other Manufacturing Assistance

• Calibration of Production Test Equipment on site or at Enertek
• Production of Test Rigs – Design and Build
• Production Audits
