On-Site Support

Enertek offer on-site support (where our engineers work at the client’s premises) as an alternative to work being conducted at our facility. This can be useful where:

  • Enertek are required to operate as an integral part of a large design/development team.
  • The product concerned is too big for Enertek’s test facility (Over 500 kW / 1.7MBtu/h).
  • Specialist work is required within the client’s premises.
  • Extreme urgency is required and communication is hindered by time zones.

On-site support is available worldwide on a short or long term basis.
