Simon Broxham

Operations Manager

Simon is the Operations Manager at Enertek, overseeing the company’s day-to-day functions and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects.

He began his career through an apprenticeship at a major aerospace company before moving into the automotive sector, working for one of the UK’s largest car manufacturers as a controls and automation engineer. With a strong background in engineering, Simon has held roles within Enertek in quality and as a Principal Engineer, specialising in heat networks, particularly Heat Interface Units (HIUs). Simon continues to represent Enertek on the BESA HIU technical committee as well as sitting on the MEHNA working group.

Simon joined Enertek in 2020, bringing his extensive industry experience to the team. He was appointed Laboratory Manager in 2023 and progressed to Operations Manager in 2024.
