UKAS Accreditation and Big Changes At Enertek!

This year has seen a number of improvements and big changes for Enertek International.

Achieving UKAS Accreditation

Enertek International Ltd has recently acquired UKAS accreditation for our ISO IEC 17025 quality system. This provides us with an unprecedented position to offer internationally recognised test results to add certainty and reduce overall costs for clients seeking certification through a Notified Body via Enertek International.

Management and Ownership Changes

There have been some strategic developments at Enertek International following the retirement of Stephen Taylor, who has sold his shares and resigned as a director after 27 years with the company. We are grateful to Steve for his contribution and wish him every success in the future as he pursues his interests outside the industry.

Management Structure Changes

To help us focus on key areas of service delivery, the following senior management team has been appointed:

Sales & Marketing Manager - Claire Nequest
Operations Manager - Dennis Brown - Responsible for project performance, delivery & service
R&D Manager - Simon Axon - Responsible for all engineering services and facilities
Finance Manager - Michelle Raper - Responsible for Finance, H.R. and Administration

Company Goals

There will be no change to the overall strategy or direction of the company which (as defined in our mission statement) is to continue striving for professional excellence and to be the first choice for clients seeking services in our field. However, we are keen to embrace new ideas so that we can improve our client services and engineering operations to adapt to the challenging arena in which the worldwide energy industry operates with an ever increasing drive to reduce CO2 emissions and improve appliance efficiency.

Better Project Delivery!

Our main objective is to ensure that we deliver projects on time and within budget. To facilitate this we are investing heavily in a new software programme that ensures we have your projects at the centre of our operations. We will spend the next 6 months installing and commissioning the software and will be looking for your feedback on the progress made in 2017/2018.
